Who We Are

Nicci Townsend leads a Strategic Account Management team in the Media & Entertainment industry at Microsoft. The team is focused on high growth potential customers and is responsible for ensuring realized value of Microsoft products and services.

Nicci began her career in account management in the telecommunications industry at ATX Communications and worked for various technology companies over the years. Nicci has over twenty years of high profile client management experience and is primarily focused on maintaining and fostering C-suite relationships. She is dedicated to people development and serves as a mentor to many who are looking for support and guidance in the area of career development and advancement.

In 2018, Nicci co-founded techaWare, a non-profit organization raising awareness and educating women of all ages on careers in technology through mentorship and programs, volunteer work and events. Nicci resides in Devon, PA with her husband and their three daughters. Nicci graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a minor in Psychology. Her interests include music, art, reading, mindfulness and yoga practice.

Guy is a culture driven board advisor and mentor to tech companies, private equity, startups, nonprofits, and educational institutions.

He is currently the Executive Chairman and Head of M&A at Bridgepointe Technologies, a Silicon Valley technology advisor and procurement firm. Bridgepointe is a Charlesbank Capital Partners portfolio company.

Prior to Bridgepointe, Guy was Founding Partner and CEO of Evolve IP, an international Cloud Services Provider with over 400 employees in eight countries, where he helped lead the team through twelve years of culture driven growth earning 8 Inc Magazine 500/5000 placements, 12 Gartner Magic Quadrants, and numerous national Best Places to Work honors.

Guy has led over 60 buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions and integrations in various industries and worldwide areas with revenues ranging from <$1M to over $100M.

Guy lives in Chester Springs, PA and Stone Harbor, NJ with his wife Molly and their 3 children. He is an outdoor enthusiast including skiing, boating, sportfishing, diving and mountain biking. He has coached youth football for 18 years.

Guy is a certified sommelier through the Napa Valley Wine Academy and selects many of the wines for techaWare’s Women, Wine and Tech events.

Caitlin Terry has served as a Member of the Board and Treasurer of techaWare since inception in 2019. Caitlin is a dedicated tax professional currently employed by Evolve IP in the position of Senior Director of Tax. She is an alumnus of Elizabethtown College and the University of Delaware with a B.S and M.S in Accounting.

Caitlin grew up in the State of Delaware and is raising a family in the Greater Philadelphia area. Her young daughter, a future female astronaut, has been an inspiration for Caitlin to help open as many career pathways for Women in STEM related fields as she possibly can.

Jill Alspach is Managing Partner of Spock Logistics - a consulting firm which focuses on PMO, Training, Communications, and Change Management, ERP Implementations and the Source to Pay process. Check it out here: https://www.wearelogical.com.

Jill is also Executive Director for Women in Tech Leadership (https://www.witleadership.com), sits on Widener University’s School of Business Advisory Board, and is a guest lecturer for the School of Business Administration.

Jill currently resides in Center City, Philadelphia and holds a Bachelors of Business and Economics from Ursinus College where she was captain of the volleyball and tennis teams.

Ali Hudachek is a Customer Success Manager at Evolve IP, and serves as the Technology and Volunteer Director. Her love for technology along with her passion for growth fuels her desire to raise awareness amongst women on ways for them to achieve successful career development.

In her spare time, Ali loves taking care of her friends’ dogs and spending time with her family and friends.

Brooke manages Board Relations and Member Engagement at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and serves as the Director of Communications for techaWare. Brooke is committed to gender equality in the workplace and is passionate about helping women and mothers find their voice in the professional world.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and is currently pursuing professional certification in Project Management.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and two Boston Terriers, as well as running, biking, cooking, and making crafts.
