Nicci TownsendNicci Townsend

Chairperson & President

Nicci Townsend leads a Strategic Account Management team in the Media & Entertainment industry at Microsoft. The team is focused on high growth potential customers and is responsible for ensuring realized value of Microsoft products and services.

Nicci began her career in account management in the telecommunications industry at ATX Communications and worked for various technology companies over the years. Nicci has over twenty years of high profile client management experience and is primarily focused on maintaining and fostering C-suite relationships. She is dedicated to people development and serves as a mentor to many who are looking for support and guidance in the area of career development and advancement.

In 2018, Nicci co-founded techaWare, a non-profit organization raising awareness and educating women of all ages on careers in technology through mentorship and programs, volunteer work and events. Nicci resides in Devon, PA with her husband and their three daughters. Nicci graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a minor in Psychology. Her interests include music, art, reading, mindfulness and yoga practice.

Guy FardoneGuy Fardone

Development Director

Guy Fardone serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Evolve IP and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Guy has helped establish Evolve IP as a global, award-winning Cloud Strategy and Solutions Provider. Under his management, Evolve IP has consistently achieved year-over-year revenue, profitability, client and associate growth.

Over the last decade, Guy has helped guide Evolve IP through IP acceleration with dozens of product launches, 12 acquisitions including expansion into Western Europe, the UK, Israel, Australia and South America, and global program development for direct sales and partner channels. Since 2012, Evolve IP has been listed 5 times in the Inc. 500/5000, noted in 6 different Gartner research papers including Magic Quadrants and Market Guides, and also been featured as a ‘Best Places to Work’ in Inc. Magazine and Forbes, along with ‘Coolest Companies’, ‘Best Entrepreneurial Companies’ and dozens of other recognitions and awards.

Guy was recognized in the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the top regional business leaders with its prestigious “40 Under 40” award. He also actively participates on various advisory boards for technology partners, tech start-ups, STEM schools, universities, non-profits, and county workforce development agencies.

Guy received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and currently participates in various executive leadership and entrepreneurship programs. He currently lives in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and three children. In his spare time he is an outdoor sports enthusiast, youth league football coach and frequently speaks publicly about workforce development and dynamics, technology career awareness, M&A, entrepreneurship and corporate performance management. He is actively engaged in and committed to helping drive the Philadelphia area business community.

Guy is also a certified Sommelier with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust through the Napa Valley Wine Academy and selects many of the wines used for techaWare’s famous Women, Wine and Tech events.

Caitlin TerryCaitlin Terry

Treasurer

Caitlin Terry has served as a Member of the Board and Treasurer of techaWare since inception in 2019. Caitlin is a dedicated tax professional currently employed by Evolve IP in the position of Senior Director of Tax. She is an alumnus of Elizabethtown College and the University of Delaware with a B.S and M.S in Accounting.

Caitlin grew up in the State of Delaware and is raising a family in the Greater Philadelphia area. Her young daughter, a future female astronaut, has been an inspiration for Caitlin to help open as many career pathways for Women in STEM related fields as she possibly can.

Meaghan JonesMeaghan Jones

Secretary

Meaghan Jones is a Senior Business Systems Analyst at TD Bank and serves as the Secretary of techaWare. Meaghan hopes to provide through programs like techaWare, a foundation for women to be confident in their ability to change their world.

Jill AlspachJill Alspach

Vice President

Jill Alspach is Managing Partner of Spock Logistics - a consulting firm which focuses on PMO, Training, Communications, and Change Management, ERP Implementations and the Source to Pay process. Check it out here: https://www.wearelogical.com.

Jill is also Executive Director for Women in Tech Leadership (https://www.witleadership.com), sits on Widener University’s School of Business Advisory Board, and is a guest lecturer for the School of Business Administration.

Jill currently resides in Center City, Philadelphia and holds a Bachelors of Business and Economics from Ursinus College where she was captain of the volleyball and tennis teams.

Ali HudachekAli Hudachek

Technology & Volunteer Director

Ali Hudachek is a Customer Success Manager at Evolve IP, and serves as the Technology and Volunteer Director. Her love for technology along with her passion for growth fuels her desire to raise awareness amongst women on ways for them to achieve successful career development.

In her spare time, Ali loves taking care of her friends’ dogs and spending time with her family and friends.

Brooke LeshakBrooke Leshak

Communications Director

Brooke manages Board Relations and Member Engagement at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and serves as the Director of Communications for techaWare. Brooke is committed to gender equality in the workplace and is passionate about helping women and mothers find their voice in the professional world.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and is currently pursuing professional certification in Project Management.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and two Boston Terriers, as well as running, biking, cooking, and making crafts.
